ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Cara Gugliemella receive her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey, followed by going to New York University to earn a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology. She went on to Rutgers University in New Jersey to do graduate course work in Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011. Cara has been working with adults and children with autism and other disabilities for 16 years. Cara has experience working in psychiatric hospitals, residential facilities, schools, out in the community, and with families of individuals of varying age levels. Cara’s interests include conducting functional behavioral analysis, teaching adaptive living skills, and promoting independence for the individuals she serves. Cara has done many trainings, presented at conferences, and written a journal article pertaining to these interests. She looks forward to contributing her experiences to such an enthusiastic behavioral team.
